I hope to meet you and support you and your child through whatever it is that has brought you to this page.
My Story
With my background of working with the mental health needs of children of all ages, I would love to help you and your child navigate whatever challenges you are experiencing. In the past, I have worked with a wide range of children and their families, from those without a formal diagnosis, to those who are neurodivergent (such as autistic children, those with anxiety, ADHD, sensory differences, and a number of other diagnoses). During our sessions, I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where clients can explore their feelings, develop coping skills, and foster personal growth. As a Registered Play Therapist, I strongly believe in the power of play as a therapeutic tool, allowing clients to express themselves in ways that are meaningful to them. My approach is compassionate, creative and responsive to each individual's needs.
